Technical Content Writer (m/f/d)

In this role you craft clear, engaging technical and marketing copy to strengthen Güntner’s global brand communications. You’ll own content governance, ensuring accuracy and consistent tone across product sheets, web pages, case studies, and sales assets. You will simplify complex technology for diverse audiences while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and sales experts. This position blends technology storytelling with strategic content governance, in a bilingual English–German environment.

• Create and edit technical and marketing copy across websites, case studies, brochures, sales tools, and datasheets
• Develop and maintain a unified blueprint for product copy and tone across brands
• Translate complex technical information into audience-focused messages
• Collaborate with agencies, product managers, engineers, and sales to ensure accuracy and commercial relevance
• Establish and maintain content governance standards for consistency and accuracy
• Review and optimize content for clarity, usability, and impact; support campaign storytelling
• Contribute to internal writing guidelines and best practices
• Work bilingually in English and German to ensure precision and nuance

• Proven experience creating technical B2B content and managing tone of voice and editorial quality
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects
• Experience writing technical B2B content in engineering, manufacturing, HVAC or related industries (or equivalent in technical writing/ content strategy)
• Strong attention to detail and structured, purposeful writing
• Experience producing content across digital and print formats
• Passion for technology and simplifying complexity without sacrificing accuracy
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
