You will be part of our growing technical CRM team reporting into the Head of Marketing Technology. As a Technical CRM Specialist, you will help to shape and implement impactful, data‑driven customer journeys for private customers. Your work will ensure the seamless integration of data‑driven CRM solutions while continuously improving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities. This role is highly collaborative, working with Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics and external partners to enhance customer engagement.
