Job Overview

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will work in the company’s customer service team. Your typical day includes receiving inquiries and calls from new and existing customers in manufacturing and engineering, helping them find solutions from the office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails, serving existing and new customers.
• Provide technical consulting and find solutions.
• Respond to requests for quotes, design and prepare offers.
• Enter orders into the system, manage them, and track delivery times.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Vocational technical education or ongoing studies (e.g., mechanical engineer, automation engineer).
• Good basic IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in Finnish and good English skills.
• Understanding of technical equipment.
• Knowledge of machinery and industrial terminology is advantageous.
• Previous work experience in an industrial environment (internships or summer jobs) is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is suitable for final‑stage students or recent engineering graduates. The company operates a hybrid model; you may work remotely a few days a week, but the first months are on‑site. Comprehensive onboarding, continuous support, and training are provided.
