Technical Customer Support Servicecenter (m/f/x)

For our location in Friedersdorf, we are looking for employees (m/f/x) in the range of customer support.

Your tasks:

• Processing of technical customer requests via email and telephone
• Guiding the publication of websites
• Advising about our own plans and services
• Advising on typical application software

Your skills:

• Ideally a professional training as IT specialist or IT management assistant
• Basic skills in PHP, HTML and MySQL
• Interest for webdesign and programming
• Communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
