Technical Director – Rail Construction Business Unit

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a similar field, ideally with a specialization in track engineering
• Several years of experience in a technical leadership position in railway/track construction
• Solid knowledge of construction contract law (VOB), Deutsche Bahn procedural specifications, project management and work planning
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and very good German and English language skills
• High level of initiative, resilience and decisiveness
• Willingness to travel within Germany
