Technical Director (AI): Driving architecture, delivery excellence, and innovation across complex, multi-region client engagements, with an accent on shaping scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Focus on thriving at the intersection of enterprise architecture, delivery leadership, and client engagement while mentoring teams and influencing global technology strategy. Location: Remote (Canada), with hybrid work options available in Montreal. What you will do

Lead the design and validation of enterprise-grade architectures across cloud, digital platforms, and AI-enabled ecosystems. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. Oversee technical delivery across global, cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, performance, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps. Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including estimation, architecture design, and proposal development. Mentor and coach technical leads, architects, and engineers across regions.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, preferably within a consulting or systems integration environment. Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise architecture, and modern application development. Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, DevOps, and platform engineering. Experience leading distributed teams and managing multi-million-dollar engagements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with React, Node.js and .Net Stacks. Advanced French speaking skills.

Nice to have

TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
