The Technical Inside Sales - Medical – DACH supports field sales efforts to achieve territory and market business plans by handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical support.

What you will do

• Report to the Medical Technical Inside Sales Leader for EMEA; produce technical quotations and liaise with Pall Medical customers, sales, and marketing associates.
• Support field sales in achieving territory and market goals by responding to customer inquiries, providing product and technical support, and delivering timely quotes and advice.
• Manage pre‑agreed Category C & D customers and nurture opportunities through effective follow‑up activity.
• Maintain the highest standards of data integrity in CRM; engage clients and prospects via phone and e‑mail to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure or funnel placement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports to assess territory and market conditions and suggest improvements to increase sales effectiveness and administration processes.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biosciences, or related field, or 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, project management, or technical inside sales with a scientific background.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Computer and digital proficiency, including data entry to capture prospect, lead, and customer contact information.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on root‑cause analysis; independent and driven to continuously improve.
• Collaborative and able to build and maintain good working relationships with peers and supervisors.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Europe, including overnight stays, to attend trade shows, customer visits, and sales meetings.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
