Responsibilities

• Act as the central technical contact for the globally operating Key Account Team (with a focus on Tier1 customers in Germany) and serve as the interface between the customer, sales, product management, and development throughout the entire product lifecycle,
• Analyze technical issues and inquiries during commissioning and production phases and coordinate corrective actions in the field,
• Acquire, coordinate, and independently execute customer‑specific (sub‑) projects in collaboration with the relevant departments,
• Support the expansion and improvement of international project activities – with a particular focus on Tier1 customers in Germany.

Application Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification,
• Experience in automation systems or mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage,
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills,
• Knowledge of CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce) desirable,
• High customer orientation and ability to work independently,
• Team player with excellent communication skills,
• Fluency in English and very good German skills (spoken and written),
• Willingness to do short business trips (occasionally to international locations),
• Ability to work in a decentralized setup and integrate smoothly with the Augsburg team,
• Willingness to travel to Augsburg from time to time for knowledge exchange.
