Technical Lead (Full-Stack) - Early-Team AI Start-up

We’re Glorya, a Berlin-based AI-powered marketing start-up, building Marketing Agents that automate generative performance‑marketing. Our platform continually optimises campaigns, boosts results, and learns from every iteration, putting powerful, AI‑driven performance marketing within every small business’s reach, at a price that’s a fraction of the norm.

Aufgaben

• Own the architecture – Design and evolve our Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres stack for scale, reliability, and rapid experimentation.
• Ship end‑to‑end features – From discovery to deployment, translate product ideas into customer‑ready functionality.
• Integrate Ad‑platform APIs – Build & maintain high‑throughput connectors (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) that power our autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with founders – Work directly with our CTO to turn cutting‑edge AI research into production software.
• Champion quality & performance – Own technical KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and keep technical debt close to zero.

Qualifikation

• 3+ years of professional software engineering.
• Recent, hands‑on expertise with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Proven record of architecting and shipping complex, customer‑facing systems independently.
• Start‑up mindset: thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and bias toward action.
• Passion for the latest AI trends and eagerness to push the boundary of what’s possible.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and a writing‑first approach.
