Technical Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Commercial project management and support for project managers
• Project maintenance in the ERP system
• Internal and external invoicing
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable data management
• Purchasing, including verification of incoming invoices

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the above‑mentioned field
• Knowledge of MS Business Central and MS Office or Microsoft 365 is desirable
• Ability to work independently and reliably, customer focus, good interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team
