As Technical Manager, you drive interdisciplinary technical activities to meet development goals in a defence-oriented engineering environment. You work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to steer technical decisions, documentations, and portfolio development. You’ll balance requirements, changes, and compliance while guiding integration, verification, and qualification efforts. • Coordinate technical activities within interdisciplinary project teams
• Plan work packages and schedules to achieve goals
• Prepare technical decision documents including make-or-buy analyses
• Serve as main technical contact for customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement technical changes and product improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and evidence
• Assist with bids, technical presentations, and customer workshops
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety and quality requirements
• Oversee integration, verification, and qualification activities
• Support strategic development of the product portfolio

• Degree in a technical discipline (telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering)
• Several years of experience in technical project management, systems engineering, or complex technical systems development
• Experience leading development teams
• Knowledge of requirements management and configuration/change management
• Proficiency with technical specifications and system architectures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficiency with tools like SAP ERP, DOORS, and Enterprise Architect (advantage)
