Technical Marketing & Business Development Specialist – Antenna

In this role you shape market strategy and drive growth for base station antennas. You act as the main interface with customers, Huawei account teams, and partners to uncover needs and enable collaboration. You analyze market trends to influence the product roadmap and portfolio. You will promote Huawei solutions, lead market expansion initiatives, and foster long-term partnerships while contributing to antenna standardization efforts. This position blends technical insight with strategic marketing and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

• Define and implement region-specific market strategies for base station antennas
• Engage with customers, Huawei account teams, and third parties to understand needs and drive joint innovation
• Contribute market insights to strategy, portfolio development, and new product definitions
• Present Huawei solutions, identify customer needs, and enable business growth and value creation
• Lead initiatives to expand market presence and competitive edge
• Build and sustain partnerships and contribute to antenna standardization and industry direction

• Bachelor or higher degree with RF/electromagnetics knowledge
• Experience in antenna-related sales, marketing, product management, or engineering, with established MNO relationships preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with mobile network operators, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to manage international projects and coordinate with global stakeholders
• Results-driven, proactive mindset focused on innovative solutions and growth
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to frequent international travel (up to 1/3 of time)
• Onsite work in Munich when not traveling
