Technical Partner Manager (DACH Region)

As a Partner Advisory & Growth specialist, you will shape partner strategy and design service offerings that align with customer demand. You’ll lead architecture and delivery models, guiding partners to scale managed security services. You collaborate across channel, presales, and delivery teams to unlock opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. • Conduct technical assessments and advise partners on portfolio enhancements and expansion across delivery models
• Design customized service blueprints, SLAs, and delivery models aligned with partner capabilities and demand
• Lead enablement sessions and certifications to empower partner teams on the platform
• Act as trusted technical advisor, conducting quarterly reviews, site visits, and ongoing strategic check-ins
• Coordinate with channel managers, presales, and delivery teams to unlock opportunities for partners
• Monitor market and competitive trends to inform partner and product strategy

• 3-5+ years in technical partnership roles, solution architecture, presales engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery
• Proven experience engaging with partners across diverse service delivery models
• Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, cloud, network, SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, compliance)
• Comfort with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain security architecture to technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent German; English and French (for Switzerland) desired
