Technical Product Manager – Insurance

• You drive the product development of the Thinksurance offering, for example by implementing new products, optimizing the broker experience from the questionnaire through to the closing process, and expanding the sales center.
• You accompany implementations from rate acquisition and engine development to structured testing and final go‑live.
• You work cross‑functionally on strategic and transformational internal and external projects and communicate with departments such as Project Management, Sales and IT.
• Through your deep involvement in the development and further development of our rating engines and user platform, you identify optimization opportunities and take responsibility for implementing them.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk, hold a degree with a focus on insurance, or are a career changer with experience in the commercial insurance sector.
• You work analytically and in a structured way and are passionate about data‑driven digital processes.
• You are not satisfied with the status quo and proactively develop solutions independently, following them through to implementation.
• You enjoy taking ownership of projects and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
