Technical Product Manager - Integrations (M/F/D)

VMRay is looking for a Technical Product Manager to help us turn complex customer and partner needs into clear, valuable, and technically sound integrations. You will align stakeholders around scope and trade-offs, support delivery with R&D and external development partners, and measure whether released integrations are adopted and performing as expected. This is a hands‑on technical product role for someone who enjoys working closely with R&D, technology partners, and cybersecurity practitioners. You will help define how products used by some of the most advanced security teams in the world connect with the broader cybersecurity ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Integration Roadmap Prioritization: Evaluate customer requests, partner opportunities, technical improvements, and strategic initiatives by bringing detailed technical, customer, ecosystem, and adoption insights into decision‑making
• Integration Definition & Scoping: Own the translation of prioritized integration initiatives into well‑defined Epics that R&D and external development partners can confidently plan, estimate, and execute
• Solution Validation: Break down customer and partner integration needs, evaluate solution options, challenge assumptions, assess feasibility, define MVPs, coordinate beta testing, and manage trade‑offs
• Release Delivery: Manage the communication cycle of new integrations and enhancements, including delivery scope, supported workflows, impact, dependencies, and known limitations
• Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with technology partners to understand technical requirements, coordinate development activities, maintain alignment, and identify opportunities to improve or expand joint integrations
• Adoption & Performance Analytics: Collect customer and partner feedback, monitor integration usage and trends, and define measurable KPIs for new integrations and capabilities to identify gaps and reassess priorities

Our Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Solutions Engineering, or a related technical product role in a B2B software company
• Must have domain exposure in one of the following: endpoint security, email security, threat intelligence, or related SOC solutions
• Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, product architecture, scalability, reliability, and operational constraints
• Experience turning complex customer and partner problems into clear requirements while managing trade‑offs between customer value, technical feasibility, speed, and quality
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when aligning technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to build effective working relationships with external technology partners and internal development teams
