Technical Product Training Specialist – E-Mobility

Responsibilities

• Build and improve digital learning solutions
• Connect learning tools with other systems such as ERP, CRM and collaboration platforms
• Create learning experiences directly within the product
• Set up automated ways to share knowledge
• Develop gamification features that make learning more engaging
• Track usage of learning solutions and improve them based on feedback
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams

Qualifications

• Several years of experience building learning systems from the ground up
• Strong technical skills in areas such as APIs, scripting, and automation tools
• Hands‑on experience with learning technology platforms and tools
• Ability to translate concepts into scalable, working solutions
• Comfortable navigating change in fast‑moving, evolving environments
• Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
