Technical Program Manager (Software Delivery) - Clearance Required (Fully Remote)

• This position leads execution and delivery of next-generation software capabilities supporting U.S. Army modernization.
• You coordinate across engineering, product, UX, cybersecurity, and deployed teams.
• This is a remote role with up to 25% travel to customer sites and team events.

Responsibilities:

• You lead day-to-day execution, manage integrated schedules, and drive Agile program execution.
• You partner with the Product Owner and Engineering Lead to translate priorities into releases.
• You coordinate software releases, support accreditation, and develop executive briefings.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years managing complex software programs.
• You possess an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• You have experience with Agile, DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, and Jira.
