Technical Project Lead – 6G / Non‑Terrestrial Networks (NTN) / Satellite Communications

We are currently partnered with an innovative technology organisation developing next‑generation wireless communication and connectivity solutions. As part of their growing R&D team, they are looking to hire a Technical Project Lead to manage collaborative research programmes, subsidy‑funded innovation projects, and strategic partnerships focused on 6G, Non‑Terrestrial Networks (NTN), and satellite communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage 6G, NTN, and satellite communications research and innovation projects
• Coordinate technical collaboration with external partners, universities, research institutes, and industry consortia
• Organise technical workshops and represent the company in collaborative R&D programmes
• Manage project planning, schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation
• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates for management and funding bodies

Key requirements

• Commercial experience leading technical projects within telecommunications, wireless communications, or R&D environments
• Good understanding of 5G, 6G, Non‑Terrestrial Networks (NTN), and satellite communication technologies
• Experience managing collaborative research projects, work packages, or publicly funded innovation programmes
