Technical Project Manager, Electrical/Electronic Systems Development (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver electrical/electronic system developments for armored vehicles. You will ensure on-time, on-quality, and within-budget delivery across the product development lifecycle, from requirements collection to integration. You will manage technical subprojects, maintain interfaces, and verify compliance with architecture, safety, and diagnostics standards. This position offers the chance to influence vehicle integration and system-wide performance within a leading defense business unit.

• Lead interdisciplinary internal and external specialist teams, suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure deliverables on time, on quality, and within budget
• Oversee the entire product development process for electrical/electronic systems and components
• Collect, structure and maintain technical requirements
• Ensure model- and/or document-based development
• Manage technical subprojects with focus on quality, cost, and schedule
• Ensure interface compatibility and overall vehicle integration
• Ensure compliance with architecture, process, safety, diagnostics, testing, and security requirements
• Report status, risks and progress to project management and line management
