Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) – Network Benchmarking & Optimization

What You'll Do

• You take full ownership of customer engagements, including scope, delivery, quality, and outcomes.
• You design benchmark concepts, methodologies, and project setups.
• You create proposals, including scope, effort, and commercial structure.
• You are responsible end-to-end for delivering projects on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• You steer engineers, data teams, and external execution partners.
• You ensure quality across data, analytics, and reporting.
• You translate technical results into management-ready insights.
• You manage relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CTO, Network, Engineering).
• You drive business follow-up, including renewals, next cycles, and expansion opportunities.

Who You Are

• You have a strong background in telecom, networks, or data-driven engineering environments.
• You have experience leading complex technical projects with senior stakeholders.
• You are able to turn technical depth into clear business decisions.You have an ownership mindset — you think in outcomes, not tasks.
