Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project. Preferred Skills Experience working in supply chain or manufacturing-related environments. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage. Knowledge of APQC best practices for business process optimization and standardization. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
