Do you enjoy guiding customers throughout their entire journey, from the initial software implementation to long-term success? In this hybrid role, you will combine project management, technical support, and customer success to ensure that our clients in the legal sector achieve maximum value from our solutions. As the central point of contact between customers and internal teams, you will manage projects from planning through go-live, resolve technical challenges, and build long-term, trusted customer relationships. Your workplace / location:

Work at one of our offices in Germany remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Your mission

Implementation & Project Management Guide customers through the implementation of our Legal Software and manage implementation projects from planning to successful go-live.
Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution and implementation concepts together with the customer.
Conduct workshops, document requirements, and coordinate their implementation.
Manage project plans, milestones, resources, and risks.
Act as the central interface between customers and our Product, Development, and Support teams.
Support data migrations, system configurations, and individual customer requirements.

Technical Support & Solution Consulting

Handle complex customer inquiries within 2nd-level support.
Analyze technical issues and support root cause analysis in databases, log files, and existing systems.
Work closely with our technical teams to develop sustainable solutions.
Support customers with technical questions related to our software solutions.

Customer Care & Customer Success Support

Support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, from implementation to productive day-to-day use.
Deliver customer training sessions and end-user workshops.
Identify optimization opportunities and advise customers on improving their processes.
Ensure our customers achieve long-term success with our solutions.

Your profile

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, such as Application Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Consultant, IT Project Manager, Support Consultant, or Customer Success Manager within a software environment.
A degree in Information Technology or a comparable qualification; a legal background is considered a plus.
Experience working with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Wrike.
Strong technical understanding of software applications, databases, and system landscapes.
Practical SQL skills and the ability to create and analyze database queries.
Ideally, you have experience in technical troubleshooting and can understand existing code structures to help identify root causes.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
Excellent German and English language skills; French is a plus.
A structured and analytical working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Confident communication skills when working with customers and a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in SaaS, software, or Legal Tech environments is an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and collaboration with international teams.
