Technical Property Manager – High-Quality Real Estate Portfolio

Independently manage the technical aspects of a demanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Ensure the economical, safe, and uninterrupted operation of the buildings
Plan, manage, and quality-check maintenance, repair, and servicing measures
Select, commission, and coordinate external specialist contractors, and monitor service delivery
Ensure compliance with statutory operator obligations as well as technical and safety-related requirements
Conduct technical property inspections and derive appropriate optimization measures
Contribute to budget planning and manage technical measures with regard to costs, quality, and deadlines
Act as the technical point of contact for owners, tenants, and internal departments
Depending on experience, take responsibility for managing modernization, conversion, or refurbishment projects

Requirements

Successfully completed technical vocational training or a degree with a focus on real estate or building technology
Professional experience in Technical Property Management, Facility Management, or the technical management of real estate
Good knowledge of building services engineering and technical building systems
Good knowledge of relevant statutory requirements
Commercial awareness and a solution-oriented approach to work
Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for coordinating diverse project stakeholders
Confident manner, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiative
Good command of standard Microsoft Office applications
