LawZero is a non-profit organization advancing research and creating technical solutions for safe-by-design AI systems. Its research focuses on non-agentic AI that understands the world, provides truthful answers through transparent probabilistic reasoning, supports scientific discovery, oversees agentic AI systems, and advances understanding of AI risks.

Задачи

Manage several 360-degree recruitment mandates simultaneously, from defining the need to signing the offer
Design and execute targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify niche talent, including Research Developers, Machine Learning Researchers, and AI Safety Experts
Approach, activate, and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
Develop research plans covering profile targeting, local and international market mapping, competitive analysis, and specialized talent pools
Contribute to market monitoring and talent positioning in AI and technology markets
Collaborate with hiring managers, researchers, and technical leadership to clarify needs, prioritize roles, and define target profiles
Manage the complete offer process, including preparation, negotiation, presentation, and closing
Provide a consistent and smooth candidate experience tailored to the expertise of each profile
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with HR, compensation, engagement, and accessibility teams to optimize recruitment practices and tools.

Требования

At least 7 years of experience recruiting technical profiles
Strong understanding of the language and challenges specific to AI research
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with grey areas and shifting priorities
Excellent written and oral communication in German and English
