DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry to close, helping finance teams move faster, reduce costs, and lower risk.

Задачи:

Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles; Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning; Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies; Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end; Build pipeline reporting and analytics to identify what is working.

Требования:

Demonstrate a hardcore work ethic and high agency; Have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth startups; Have experience building a recruiting function from scratch, including ATS, candidate experience systems, and processes; Have deep sourcing expertise beyond inbound candidates; Track recruiting performance analytically and manage against KPIs.

• Equity: $40,000 - $65,000 USD
• Variable compensation: $15,000 - $60,000 USD
