Technical ServiceNow Consultant SPM

Role Overview

As a Technical ServiceNow Consultant SPM, you will take over the technical responsibility for our ServiceNow SPM module, both for ongoing operation and continuous development. You will work closely with internal teams and steer external service providers as needed. You will have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, supplemented by relevant professional experience. You bring several years of experience in ServiceNow development or consulting, ideally in the SPM environment.

What You Will Do

You will take on requirements directly with the departments, analyze them, and convert them into feasible technical concepts and solutions. You will implement new requirements conceptually and technically, from demand management and project and portfolio planning to time sheet management and cost planning, up to the strategic planner workspace with roadmaps and goal framework.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in ServiceNow development or consulting, ideally in the SPM environment.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, from Flow Designer and Business Rules to Script Includes and ACLs, up to REST integrations.
• Understanding of processes around project portfolio, demand, and resources.
• Experience with integrations to SAP and Microsoft Teams (a clear plus).
