Technical Solutions Manager, Germany BU Safety & Security

Zenitel is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager in the Business Unit Safety & Security to support the growth across Germany. You will work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, system integrators, and technology partners to ensure our solutions are specified, designed, and successfully implemented in customer projects. This is a key role in shaping our solutions and market presence in Germany, offering the opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial impact to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, System Integrators, and Technology Partners.
• Drive the inclusion of company solutions in project specifications and designs.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance on solution architecture and system design.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support complex project opportunities and bids with technical expertise.
• Act as the voice of the market, sharing customer needs and insights with Product Management.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives aligned with regional strategy.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, technical / commercial sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience with system-based projects, including design, estimating, and bid management within critical communication systems
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and data communications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• An established professional network among German consultants, engineering firms, and system integrators would be an advantage
• Fluency in German at a native or near-native level is required
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Experience with PAVA systems, IP audio solutions, and integrated communication systems is an advantage.
