Technical Support Engineer – Installer Support (Onsite Berlin| French & English) / ( m/f/d)

For our client, a global company active in residential energy storage and electric vehicle charging solutions , we are looking for an Installer Support Engineer to join an onsite support team in Berlin .

What you will do

As an Associate Installer Support Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for certified installers working with residential energy and EV charging products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for home energy storage and EV charging systems
• Supporting certified installers via remote channels (phone, ticketing system, CRM)
• Troubleshooting technical issues and:
• Identifying remote solutions where possible
• Deciding when on-site Field Service support is required
• Escalating critical or complex technical cases to the appropriate teams
• Accurately documenting all cases in the CRM system
• Offering technical guidance and training to installers
• Working closely with internal teams such as: Service, Operations, Sales, Field Service

What we’re looking for

• Technical background (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar)
• Experience in a technical support / support engineering role
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office
• English and French are required
