Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the Benelux region. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting product implementation, delivering technical training, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, installation, and configuration issues.
• Support system administration activities including database setup, user management, reporting, and platform configuration.
• Troubleshoot network communication issues and application-related concerns.
• Coordinate product return, replacement, and exchange processes with internal teams.
• Deliver product and technical training to customers, partners, and resellers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Escalate critical or recurring issues to management and appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Keep current with product updates, technology developments, and industry trends.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, helpdesk, service desk, or a similar troubleshooting environment.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.

Language Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Dutch.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools.
• Understanding of databases, system configuration, and network communications.

Qualifications:

Requirements Education
