Location: Hamburg

DAHER Industrial Services, a provider of industrial services, is seeking a Technical Trainer to conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aeronautics and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aeronautics and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, workbenches, and test samples.
• Conduct practical evaluations to qualify employees for special processes.
• Perform on-the-job assessments to evaluate skills and support the continuous development of the technical staff.
• Establish and update standard operating procedures to secure and maintain the company's industrial qualifications for special processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teaching skills with a people‑oriented, supportive approach to coaching.
• A completed technical education in the aeronautical field, or a minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in aerospace production.
• Fluent, confident, and highly articulate verbal communication skills in English.
