Technican Building / Ventilation technology (m/f/d)

In this role you support the planning and execution of conversion projects for pharmaceutical production facilities and cleanrooms. You serve as the local contact for ventilation, media technology and cleanroom expansion, coordinating with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver compliant, timely solutions. You will lead project teams and shape conversions from conception through realization, balancing technical, cost and scheduling considerations. • Participate in customer meetings and lead the project team
• Plan, conceive, and execute conversions in existing cleanrooms or pharma facilities
• Assist in creating functional and service descriptions
• Determine costs and perform price comparisons
• Technically evaluate offers
• Schedule and manage cost control within projects

• Completed technical studies in civil engineering, supply engineering, environmental protection technology, or related fields
• Good understanding of GMP requirements (cleanroom, process technology, commissioning, qualification)
• Several years of experience in cleanroom technology with focus on ventilation and air conditioning; expansion is an advantage
• Knowledge of standards (VOB, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding
• Excellent communication, persuasive and flexible; team player
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Fluent German and English skills
