Technician (f/m/x)

Job Description

The Technician is responsible for maintaining and fixing issues across the portfolio on-site in Germany. The role requires strong prioritization across locations, a mindset oriented toward permanent fixes and root cause analysis, and a genuine understanding of guest experience, as this is one of the few roles with direct guest‑facing contact.

Job Requirements

• Hands‑on technical background (maintenance, repair, general trades)
• Strong prioritization skills, able to triage by location and urgency
• Root cause analysis mindset: fixes issues durably, not just temporarily
• Guest‑oriented, comfortable interacting with guests professionally
• Autonomous and proactive; able to manage their own workload on‑site
• German required; basic English a plus
• Driver’s license expected

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical issues across the portfolio in a timely manner
• Prioritize interventions based on location, urgency, and guest impact
• Apply a permanent‑fix mindset, identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Assess and elevate issues beyond scope when needed
• Interact directly with guests on‑site when required, with a clear understanding of the impact on their experience
• Coordinate with the Property Management team to align on priorities and communicate status
