Technology Analyst – EUC (End User Computing) – Windows OS

Location: Germany – Düsseldorf

Job Description

At Infosys, we empower our employees to build the next generation of digital services. As a Technology Analyst, you will support internal users and help them leverage technology effectively.

Your role

Provide technical assistance and support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; installing and maintaining end‑user computing equipment; and ensuring users can effectively use technology to perform their roles.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience providing technical support for end‑user devices
• Strong ability to logically assess software and hardware issues
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications (Windows, Microsoft Office)
• Support for enterprise tools and remote access technologies (VPN, Citrix, etc.)
• Knowledge of SCCM and imaging/software deployment
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with IT policies
• Proficiency with ServiceNow
• Document issues, solutions, and maintain a knowledge base
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune)
• Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange Online expertise
• Audio/visual system setup and support for meeting rooms / conference rooms
• Network device configuration with remote assistance
