In this role you help customers secure and evolve their Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on Identity & Access Management. You advise on Zero Trust architectures, Conditional Access, and network security, implementing modern security concepts. You work with state-of-the-art Microsoft security and compliance solutions and contribute to endpoint management and device security initiatives. The role spans from analysis to implementation, enabling growth in Cloud Identity, Security, and Compliance. • Unterstützung bei Absicherung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 Umgebungen

• Einführung und Konfiguration von Microsoft Security & Compliance Lösungen (Purview, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps)
• Mitwirkung an Konzepten und Umsetzung von Endpoint Management (Intune, Autopilot)
• Begleitung von Projekten über Phasen von Anforderung über Konzept bis Umsetzung
• Aufbau von Expertise in Cloud Identity, Security und Compliance

• Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung im IT-Bereich
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Identity Management, Verzeichnisdiensten, Netzwerksicherheit oder Cloud-Plattformen
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Authentifizierungsprotokollen (OAuth, SAML, Kerberos)
• Interesse am Microsoft-Ökosystem
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Reisebereitschaft
