Technology Consultant (m/f/d)

In Adidas IT, you will drive and guide solution architectures for integrated business systems, balancing cloud and on‑premises components while aligning with security and standards. You will provide specialist advice, conduct focused research, and monitor emerging technologies to spot opportunities and risks. You’ll support change programs and work with Global IT and business functions to translate requirements into scalable designs. • Specialist advice on applying their expertise to the organization’s planning and operations
• Conducting research within defined goals, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Emerging technology monitoring and technology roadmapping
• Contributing to development of solution architectures in specific domains
• Defining and managing scoping, requirements, and prioritization for changes
• Software design of moderately complex applications and components
• Programming and software development for moderately complex programs
• Data modelling and design to support business processes
• Database design and optimization for performance and analytics
• Systems integration and build, including test specifications and integration reports
• Collaboration in reviews and cross-functional teamwork
• Possible people management responsibilities to ensure team effectiveness

• Four-year college degree in Business Administration or IT or related areas
• Proficient spoken and written English
• At least 5 years in IT
• 2 years in a relevant area
• 1 year in team management
• Understanding of different cultures
• Experience on projects with cross-functional teams
• Mandatory SAP IBP or SAP APO knowledge
• SAP IBP configuration and modelling
• IBP Excel Add-In expertise
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS)
