As Technology & Portfolio Manager - Sensors, you will lead the tech strategy and portfolio performance for Position, Speed, and Rotary sensors across multiple markets. You will align technology roadmaps with business goals and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration. You’ll shape next-generation products and platform evolution while safeguarding profitability. • Define long-term technology and platform roadmaps for Position, Speed and Rotary sensor products in line with strategy, market trends, and customer needs
• Champion advanced development initiatives and investments enabling next-gen products and differentiated value
• Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to sustain leadership and growth
• Drive portfolio growth and lifecycle management through platform development, standardization, refreshes, and cost optimization
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Systems Architecture
• Maintain accountability for portfolio profitability and long-term business performance
• Support customer relationships and market engagement through technical leadership and solution development
• Drive revenue growth and margin expansion through portfolio strategy and execution

• 10+ years direct experience with Position, Speed, and Rotary Sensor technology, markets and trends
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA or specialized technical master’s degree preferred
• Financial acumen for trade-off analyses and cost modeling
• Strong business English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to synthesize complex situations and drive organizational alignment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and global travel to engage customers
• Understanding of automotive High Speed Rotary Sensing (preferred)
