Technology Service Analyst (m/w/d) Fullstack

Overview

You have experience developing modern web applications and want to help shape software solutions throughout the entire development cycle? In this role, you’ll develop new features, work with modern technologies, and support applications from the technical design phase through to production.

Responsibilities

• You’ll develop new features for modern web applications and APIs and support the entire software delivery lifecycle—from requirements analysis and technical design to production.
• In doing so, you’ll implement maintainable software based on modern engineering principles and work with automated testing, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• You’ll coordinate technical solutions with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders, contribute to code reviews and technical decisions, and actively help shape the further development of our development processes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, an engineering degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in developing modern web applications across the entire software development lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally GCP, as well as with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with technical and subject-matter stakeholders in interdisciplinary teams.
