About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the market development and business expansion of our crane product portfolio (All-Terrain Cranes and Truck Cranes) in Germany. This role is critical to strengthening our presence in the European market and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive market development and business expansion for crane products across Germany
Lead end-to-end sales activities, including client acquisition, contract negotiation, and deal closure
Manage payment processes and ensure healthy cash flow and risk control
Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships with key accounts
Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional goals
Collaborate with internal teams (product, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
(Optional) Lead and mentor a local sales team to achieve performance targets

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of sales/marketing experience in the crane or heavy equipment industry
Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred)
Strong communication skills in German and English (professional working proficiency required)
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in construction machinery or related sectors
Experience in team leadership or management is a plus
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, international environment
Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and across Europe
