Tender Specialist for DACH

Role Summary

We are looking for a Tender Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end tendering process in the German medical imaging sector. The role focuses on preparing high-quality, compliant tender submissions and ensuring successful participation in public and private healthcare tenders. You will closely collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, finance, and product teams to support business growth in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full tender process in Germany (public and private healthcare sector)
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documentation in line with deadlines and requirements
• Analyze tender specifications and ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Product)
• Maintain and update tender databases, templates, and documentation
• Support pricing input and commercial strategy for bids
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions during the tender process
• Monitor tender results and prepare post-tender analysis and reporting
• Develop strong understanding of the German medical imaging procurement landscape

Requirements

• Experience in tender management within the medical imaging, medtech, or healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of German public procurement processes is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
