Porsche E-Bike Performance was established to redefine mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. We combine years of experience in developing e-bike drive systems with innovative software solutions and enhance it all with Porsche’s comprehensive knowledge, research, and expertise.
At Porsche E-Bike Performance, we design and produce pioneering systems under two brands: compact, lightweight drive systems from FAZUA for agile e-bikes and, in the future, particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name.

Your Tasks

In close collaboration with our developers and test engineers, you will design detailed test plans to ensure the reliability and quality of our products.

You will independently conduct demanding functional and release tests, including test rides as well as environmental, endurance, performance, and climate testing. In addition, you will coordinate and supervise external testing activities carried out at partner institutes.

A key part of your role will be the precise documentation of all test results and their thorough analysis with regard to overall product performance.

Furthermore, you will regularly align with the relevant departments, present test findings, and jointly define the next steps based on the results.

You will also take responsibility for the setup, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our test benches.

Your Profile

You hold a completed qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field.

In addition, you bring at least two years of professional experience in research and development and/or testing.

A strong hands‑on mentality and the ability to work practically and solution‑oriented are among your key strengths.

You also possess good written and spoken German and English skills.

Furthermore, you are characterized by a self‑reliant way of working while enjoying collaboration within a team.

Ideally, you also have a passion for bicycles.
