To strengthen our Development Team , we are looking for a Testing Engineer (m/f/d) for a permanent position.

Your Profile

You are a quality-driven, analytically strong professional with a hands‑on mindset and a structured, solution‑oriented approach to complex technical challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related engineering role
  • Very good knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (IATF 16949 is a strong plus)
  • Expert‑level skills in data analysis and statistical quality control methods
  • Solid experience with QA/testing tools, test automation, Verification & Validation, and Design for Testability
  • Excellent technical documentation skills (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma methodologies)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills combined with a reliable, results‑oriented working style
  • High level of self‑initiative, independence, flexibility, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and openness to innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and language skills in both German and English

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously improving data‑driven quality assurance and testing processes across the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable product quality in an industrial environment.

Your mainresponsibilities include:

  • Defining, implementing, and continuously improving the overall testing and quality assurance strategy
  • Establishing and maintaining quality KPIs, reporting structures, and governance models
  • Driving data‑driven quality improvements using statistical methods and analytical insights
  • Planning, conducting, and supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing QA automation solutions
  • Applying Verification & Validation (V&V) methods and Design for Testability principles throughout the product lifecycle
  • Creating and maintaining high‑quality technical documentation (e.g. 8D reports, FMEA)
  • Collaborating closely with R&D, production, and external partners to ensure consistently high product quality
