Thai Affiliate Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager of Affiliate Marketing to lead and grow our affiliate program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, manage, and optimize affiliate partnerships, driving player acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the betting or iGaming industry.

• Strong network of affiliate partners and industry connections.

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills to maintain and grow relationships.

• Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance tracking & ROI optimization.

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tool

• Ability to develop creative promotions and incentive structures to maximize engagement.

• Fluent in English and Thai Native.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute an affiliate marketing strategy to increase acquisition and retention.

• Recruit, onboard & manage new affiliates and strategic partners.

• Optimize commission structures to ensure profitability and partner motivation.

• Monitor & analyze affiliate performance, ensuring targets are met.

• Prevent fraud & ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align affiliate campaigns with business goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Thailand or Southeast Asian betting market.

• Familiarity with SEO & paid traffic acquisition.

• Knowledge of local influencer & social media trends.

• Understanding of blockchain/crypto payments in affiliate marketing.
