Tour Leader Freelance

We’re hiring! Do Eat Better is looking for passionate Tour Leaders to guide our food tours in Munich (approx. 3 hours). The tour is already fully designed by our team—you’ll lead guests through a curated culinary experience, bringing each stop to life with your personality, storytelling, and local insight. If you love local cuisine, enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and have a natural talent for connecting with people, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English and German
• Self-employed / freelance status
• Able to issue invoices for payments
• Flexible availability (this is a collaboration, not a full-time position)
• Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic, outgoing, reliable, and engaging
• Passion for food, culture, and storytelling
