Trade Mark & Designs Specialist

In this role you provide paralegal support to Trade Mark Attorneys in Munich, handling routine and complex TM and design duties. You will assist with applications, office actions on formalities, and preparation of formal motion forms, contributing to efficient client service. The position demands regional and international experience and strong English proficiency within a leading European IP firm. This permanent role offers exposure to cross-border IP work and collaboration with a specialized team.

• Assist with trade mark and design applications
• Handle office actions on formalities
• Prepare formal motion forms and related documents
• Support Trade Mark Attorneys with paralegal tasks
• Contribute to TM/Design related processes and filings

• LL.B. in Business Law
• 2–3+ years in a specialised law firm (ideally 5+ years) in Trade Mark and Design law
• High level English language skills, ideally with international experience
• Experience in paralegal support for TM and designs

• Knowledge of Trade Mark and Design law
• Paralegal duties in IP context
• Documentation and filing preparation
