Trade Marketing Specialist

In this role you drive store-level visual merchandising and trade animations to maximize customer experience across the German market. You collaborate with Retail, Offer, and Expansion teams to plan floorplans, manage furniture inventory, and coordinate installations. You lead store animations and trade elements from concept to on-site execution, while owning merchandising budgets and supporting store openings or remodels. You will travel within the DENS region to align with peers and ensure excellent retail execution. Join a cross-functional team focused on creativity, efficiency, and impact across Sephora Europe.

• Lead floor plan management and planogram updates; coordinate with Retail and Manager for locations and VM materials
• Manage furniture inventory and ensure timely production, delivery, and installation
• Execute local initiatives (Sales, Beauty Outlet, focus brands) and support store-level visibility
• Act as Trade Marketing project lead for new store openings and remodeling; align floorplans and fixtures with suppliers
• Oversee visual merchandising guidelines, templates, signage, and production of permanent merchandising
• Lead in-store animations; forecast, order, produce, and deliver trade elements; ensure high-quality execution
• Coordinate with suppliers, source new vendors, and negotiate pricing
• Own OPEX merchandising budget and plan CAPEX investments with Finance

• At least 2-3 years in Trade Marketing with focus on Visual Merchandising and Animation
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Fluent in English; German a plus
