As a **Trade & Shopper Manager**,**About the Role:**The Trade & Shopper Manager drives the translation of Brand strategies into winning trade and shopper activation, ensuring excellent in‐store execution and sustainable value creation.The role acts as a key connector between Marketing, Sales and cross‐functional teams, enabling brand growth through clear priorities, strong execution standards and continuous transformation. Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision.**Main Responsibilities** Define and monitor field force KPIs (distribution, visibility, activation, pharmacist education) and support Sales Force Incentive alignment. Strong commercial acumen, ideally gained through Sales and/or Trade & Shopper roles. Proven ability to translate insights into actionable customer plans. Experience in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG environments, with solid understanding of pharmacy and retail channels.
