Job Description

• Rotational Program: Immerse yourself in various technical departments, such as Engineering, Quality Management, Testing, and Certification. Gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge technologies and processes.
• Technical Projects: Contribute to impactful projects, including vehicle safety testing and advanced driver assistance technologies. Work closely with industry experts and create technical analyses adhering to industry standards.
• Leadership Development: Enhance your leadership skills through dedicated training, workshops, and mentoring. Take ownership of impactful projects, refine your decision‑making abilities, gain confidence and learn from senior leaders.

Experience & Further Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is mandatory
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and team spirit. Familiarity with CAD or MATLAB is a plus
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and opten to international challenges. Your emotional intelligence and social engagement make you collaborative team player with leadership potential
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
• English (level-C1 minimum) and German language Skills at B1-B2 Level are required, additional language skills are an advantage
• The position is primarily aimed at young professionals with less than one year of professional experience
