Responsibilities

Are you looking to launch your career in Controlling and Data Analytics after graduation while gaining international experience in a global industrial environment?

Our 24-month trainee program offers you comprehensive insights into the controlling function of a globally operating manufacturing company. For this role, you bring a strong interest in IT and digitalization topics as well as a passion for working with modern systems and tools. You will actively support our sites worldwide and gradually develop into a sought‑after expert at the interface of Finance, IT, Data Analytics, and Digitalization.

• Gain hands‑on experience across various areas of Controlling, including Financial Reporting, Operational Controlling, Strategic Controlling, and Investment Controlling.
• Analyze and prepare financial and performance data, including the creation of reports and decision‑making materials for management.
• Support day‑to‑day business activities, such as monthly closing processes, budgeting, and planning activities in collaboration with our international locations.
• Contribute to the further development of processes and systems, particularly in Controlling & Accounting as well as digitalization and SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Develop data‑driven solutions, for example by creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards and supporting the automation of reporting and finance processes.

Profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or IT.
• Initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions, ideally in Controlling or data‑ and IT‑related environments.
• A strong interest in IT and digitalization topics as well as the motivation to actively improve finance processes through modern systems, data analytics, and digital solutions.
• Initial knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics (e.g., Power BI) and a solid understanding of data preparation and analysis.
• An analytical, structured, and self‑driven way of working, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
