Responsibilities

• Entry into financial consulting: You will learn how to conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Sales & client support: You will assist in acquiring and advising new clients and gradually build your own client base.
• Financial planning & analysis: You will prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of insurance/risk protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth accumulation.
• Practical training: You will work closely with experienced advisors and learn all core sales processes.
• Teamwork & mentoring: You will receive personal guidance from Kevin Kehr — with clear structure, feedback, and individualized support.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma (Abitur) or completed commercial/vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
• Residence in Germany
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Reliability, initiative, and a structured way of working
