Who We Are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Procurement department is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Rotation through three different departments within the Procurement area
• One international rotation abroad lasting two months
• Full integration into projects and day-to-day Procurement operations
• Analysis of operational and strategic supply chain risks
• Development of mitigation measures
• Cross-functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders

What You Bring To The Team

• Finished Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in English (B2+); German is a plus
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, ideally also Ivalua and Power BI
• Initial practical experience in mobility, preferably with a focus on EV supply chains and/or risk management

What Makes You Stand Out

• Initial experience in the automotive or battery industry, ideally with a focus on sustainability and/or data analytics
• Structured way of working and strong communication skills
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and willingness to learn
